Trail work

We had another great trail work party last night. It looked like the turnout would be a little thin, but we “collected” volunteers along the way. We hauled alders farther off the trail on the first part (the open section) of the intermediate loop.

There are over 150 people on our e-mail list, yet we see the same few, dedicated faces each time. The more people we have turn out, the faster the trails will open. Cold beers await those who help out.

Our next work session will be Tuesday, August 26 at 6:30 p.m., meeting at the Prospect Heights Trailhead. If you’re late, walk down the Gasline and enter the first trail entrance on the right.

Many hands make light work!
